In 1971, Laings opened in the Argyll Arcade, which every Glaswegian and visitor to the city soon discovers is a European centre of excellence in the jewellery trade.

It was in early 2011 that current owner Stuart Laing was joined by his daughter Wendy, and son in-law Joe Walsh. The 6th generation of the Laings family to join the long standing business, taking Laings into a new era of growth and development.

Within the Grade A listed Victorian shopping centre of the Argyll Arcade, Laings has two stores offering the very best from the world of luxury watches and jewellery. Laings is proud to stock brands include Rolex, Patek Philippe, Jaeger LeCoultre, IWC and many more. In jewellery they stock an outstanding collection of diamond engagement rings, wedding bands and designer jewellery from around the world. Laings also now offer a bespoke jewellery design service for clients looking for something truly unique.
